DynaYak offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from DynaYak website: dynayak.com. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price.
To return an item, please contact us through email firstname.lastname@example.org during our normal business hours. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:
You purchased the product directly from dynayak.com. You contact DynaYak and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition.
Note: when you choose to refund, please contact us first through email: email@example.com, we will send you a Return Material Application Form. Please fill in the form and send it to us, we will send you a Return Authorization within three weekdays.
How to Return an Item
To return an item you’ll need to obtain a Return Material Application Form. DynaYak will not accept returns without prior authorization. You can get a Return Material Application Form by contacting us by email for assistance.
The products purchased on the official website cause non-man-made damage to the parts, and the freight for parts replacement shall be borne by DynaYak, but the return freight for the products shall be borne by the consumers. The postage for return and exchange in any other case shall be borne by the buyer. Consumers should first submit Return Material Application Form and contact DynaYak customer service.

If there is no authorization in the refund package, we will not provide a refund service.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Return & Refund Conditions
During the warranty period, for equipment failures that occur in normal use, DynaYak shall provide maintenance and parts replacement for the original consumers free of charge. Please carefully read the conditions below. If conditions are not met, DynaYak reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that DynaYak does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
-Damage to the appearance and function of product caused by external forces such as drop and impact.
- Any defects or damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized a 3rd party retail parts.
-Any defect or damage caused by misuse of the product, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
-The internal warranty seal defect of the product.
-Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
-Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
-Product has been artificially damaged.
-Send the product back without contacting us.
-IP67 waterproof condition is to soak in clean water no more than 1 meter deep for no more than 30 minutes, beyond this range, it is possible to cause damage to the product, so we recommend that consumers should avoid the product in a soaking environment under all circumstances. Due to the damage caused by water intake of the product, DynaYak reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
